At SubsonicSounds you buy your subwoofer or speaker direct from us as the authorised reseller of SV Sounds products in the UK. We are directly linked with the team that design, build and ship your product. We want you to know you made the right choice in home audio when you buy, and well after you've set up your SVS product. Extensive and detailed R & D takes place when designing and building your subwoofer, speaker or full audio system. This includes making sure everything is right with your order before it goes out. Even with hand-assembled products we'll endeavour to make sure yours goes out as quickly as possible. In some cases e.g. Wood veneer finishes there may be a delay in availability. As you can appreciate it is impossible to keep all items in stock at all times, even with the best "forecasting" in the world. So whilst orders have been increasing steadily, we agree with SVS refusal to compromise hand-built quality, or their legendary attention to detail on each order, no matter how small or how big it might be.

Finally, regarding your sub or speaker, we won't keep you in the dark about the sound you are dreaming of. As noted, occasional backorders are a fact of life in the e-commerce world, wondering about your order shouldn't be. Feel free to contact us and we'll give you our best estimate on when yours will go out. Please include your full name and the sub you ordered when asking for an delivery date.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta, either on-line or over the telephone for UK customers. We will also accept Cheque or Bank-to-Bank transfer, details of which will be given upon request.
We are able to offer government departments, local health authorities, charities, and educational bodies 30 day payment terms following receipt of an official purchase order
We also offer an out of working hours phone message system. Any messages or enquiries left will be dealt with as soon as possible the following working day.

Shipping costs are included in the published price unless otherwise stated. Goods are normally sent within 2-3 working days following receipt of order and confirmed payment. Customer services will contact you if the item(s) ordered are out of stock and inform you about any delay there may be prior to taking payment from the card.
Next working day deliveries can be arranged at no extra cost on selected products. Please contact to confirm

Goods are normally sent by national carrier or a specialist logistics company. Please ensure you check your goods thoroughly for any damaged or missing item/s, as most couriers require informing within 24 hours from receipt of goods should there be any problems. Please contact Subsonic Sounds immediately detailing the damage or missing item(s).
Signed proof of delivery is required for all orders; please arrange someone to be present to accept the goods on the day of delivery. You will be carded if you are not able to receive the goods allowing you to rearrange an alternative time of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Goods can only be delivered to the registered cardholders billing address. This is done for security reasons and to eliminate online credit card fraud.
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your SVS speaker or subwoofer, return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. (Please see our terms & conditions). Just a few minor stipulations should you choose to do this:
- Products must be returned in original shipping boxes.
- E-mail via our contact form for a return authorisation number and display this on the outside of the box.
- Subwoofer and/or speaker must be insured during return shipping.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
3 Year Warranty Your SVS product(s) has a 3 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for subwoofers, speakers and associated components. Faulty amplifier and driver repairs can be simply completed by the customer at his/her premises. In this instance we will send the replacement amplifier or driver by courier and once you have completed the repair with the replacement item, the faulty item is then sent back to us. Any product where simple replacement does not fix the repair, the whole subwoofer (or speaker) ,must be returned to Subsonic Sounds, with shipping prepaid. Subsonic Sounds will repair or replace any item at its discretion and return to the customer as soon as possible. Naturally, this warranty does not cover any product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. Products which clearly have been abused will be subject to cost-based charges for repair. In some cases repair parts can be sent when appropriate to expedite a "return to duty".
